Available data sets

We provide access to an increasing number of data sets related to ophthalmology. An overview of these data sets is shown below. Please click on the data set for detailed information, including licensing details and download instructions.

• Longitudinal Glaucomatous Visual Fields. This data set contains IOP measurements and 24-2 Full Threshold visual fields obtained with a Humphrey Field Analyzer (Zeiss). Data of both eyes of 139 patients over a mean period of over 9 years is included, with on average more than 17 fields per eye. Local threshold and total deviation values are included.

• Longitudinal diabetic retinopathy screening fundus photos. This data set contains repeated 4-field color fundus photos of 70 patients in a diabetic retinopathy screening program, the result of intra- and inter-visit registration by two methods (i2kRetina and WeVaR) and their grading and ranking by two graders.

• Confocal corneal endothelial microscopy images. This data set contains 52 in-vivo confocal corneal microscopy endothelium images, manually counted and outlined cells and morphometric data of manual and several automated methods..
